1. Unpack all the parts and lay them out in an organized manner.
2. Identify the base frame and attach the front and rear stabilizers to it using the bolts provided. Tighten them securely.
3. Attach the upright posts to the base frame using bolts and washers. Make sure they are level and secure.
4. Attach the handlebars to the upright posts using bolts and washers. Tighten them securely.
5. Attach the console to the upright post using bolts and washers. Make sure it is level and secure.
6. Attach the pedal arms to the base frame using bolts and washers. Tighten them securely.
7. Attach the foot pedals to the pedal arms using bolts and washers. Tighten them securely.
8. Connect the wires from the console to the pedal arms and handlebars.
9. Attach the resistance motor to the base frame using bolts and washers. Tighten it securely.
10. Connect the resistance motor wires to the console wires.
11. Connect the power cord to the console and plug it in.
12. Turn on the elliptical machine and test it to make sure it is working properly.
13. Adjust the resistance levels and incline if necessary.
14. Enjoy your new elliptical machine!
